Our technical team and start-up business management is
extremely sound. SACOR3D’s board of directors and advisors provide business
guidance as we transition from development to launch phase. Key members
of our team include:
Dr. Omar H. Shemdin, Chief Technical Officer
As Chief Technology Officer of SACOR, Dr. O. H. Shemdin is responsible
for directing the technical aspects of the company.
His career commenced as Assistant Professor at Stanford University. He
progressed from Assistant Professor to Professor and Director of the Coastal
and Oceanographic Engineering Laboratory at the University of Florida.
He joined the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 1975 as Senior Scientist. After
serving on the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Imaging Team for SEASAT,
he initiated and led as Principal several national and international remote
sensing field experiments involving several countries and almost all major
remote sensing research laboratories in the United States and Europe.
While at JPL and ORE, he led experiments such as MARSEN, SAXON and TOWARD,
which were sponsored by NASA, the Office of Naval Research, and NOAA,
among others in the United States. The European laboratories were supported
by similar organizations in their countries.
He has served as Adviser to NASA, NATO, the United Nations, the European
Space Agency and the US Navy over the past 25 years. His interests include
digital mapping, SAR imaging of the ocean surface, wave forecasting, wave
transformation in shallow water and 3D technology using stereophotography.

Dr. Yibo Jiang, Director of Systems Research and Development
Dr. Yibo Jiang is a specialist in atmospheric and radiation models, which
he designed and implemented at California Institute of Technology, Pasadena,
Calif. (1991 to 1996). He has worked extensively in climatology of atmospheric
Ozone and has conducted research on the atmospheres of Uranus, Neptune,
and Jupiter.
He is skilled in a variety of computer programming languages, operating
systems and contributes to design and development of computer software
for interpreting data pertaining to atmospheres and oceans. He has published
a number of papers in academic journals (Journal of Geophysical Research,
Science) and has made joint presentations of academic research at yearly
AGU conventions.

T. Marie De Saint Clair, Founder & Director
T. Marie Shemdin was educated in history and business at the University
of California at Berkeley. She has ten years of international business
development experience in the technology sector. She was a founder of
the advanced imaging companies Electronic Mapping Incorporated and Vision
Information Systems.
She is a Founder and Director of SACOR Incorporated. Presently, she is
serving as CEO of SACOR Inc.

Stephen Crouch, VP of Business Development
Mr. Crouch is a former political and security analyst with extensive experience
in the Middle East. He is an advisor to several foreign ministries and
major companies.
Frank Nichols, Interim CEO
Mr. Nichols is the former CEO of CLIQmedia.com, a national marketing and
business consulting company. He is a former Managing Director for Western
International Media Corporation and has operated as advisor to several
start-up and intermediate stage companies.

Safi Qureshey, Director
Mr. Qureshey, founder and former Chairman AST Research, Inc, built AST
to $3.5-billion in revenue, several thousand employees, and a market leadership
position in computer hardware. He currently serves on the boards of NextCard
(Nasdaq: NXCD) and Powerwave (Nasdaq: PWAV), and is currently Managing
Director of Irvine Ventures, LLC.
Todd Mills, Director
Mr. Mills has been a successful entrepreneur in commercial real estate
development and direct marketing. He is currently CEO of Hi-Q Products,
whose clients include: United Defense, MIT, and the University of Texas.
